Privacy Policy

ShopLeadIQ is an AutoLogIQ product. This notice describes the information handled by this website and the founding shop pilot.

Pilot applications

When you apply, we store your name, shop name, business phone, email, bay count and any optional description of your missed-call process. We use this information to respond to your request, assess fit and arrange setup if you choose to proceed. Please do not include customer records or sensitive personal information in the application.

Service information

A configured shop workflow can store caller numbers, call events, SMS consent records, messages, customer-reported vehicle and service details, and appointment information. Shop staff use this information to handle service requests. Infrastructure providers host the application and database; when integrations are enabled, Twilio handles calls and messages, OpenAI processes service conversations, and Calendly handles booking information.

Text messages

The pilot application does not enroll you in automated or marketing texts. The missed-call workflow asks callers for SMS consent separately. Customers can reply STOP to end automated texts in that workflow.

Access and retention

The dashboard requires authentication. Application and service records remain stored until removed; this pilot does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. We retain information to handle requests and operate the pilot. Avoid sending information that is not needed for those purposes.
